20th October 2025 - What a night! Carina Softlabs Inc., the company here in Indore, had an amazing evening. They showed everyone how to finish the work first, and then celebrate big. That's how they brought the real spirit of Diwali to the office.

The day started like any other. The team was focused on getting one big project finished. That was the most important thing.

The whole feeling changed the moment the sun went down. The sound of everyone working just stopped. Then, soft music came on.

And wow. It was the kind of music that just hits you right here. It made everyone totally pause.

The team all took a deep breath. You could literally feel the stress leave the room. Everyone was smiling, feeling that amazing, calm vibe. It was truly special. A good, old-school moment is happening with everyone right there in the office.

The party wasn't just fun. It had a meaning for the office, too. Everyone knows Diwali is about good winning over bad. Carina Softlabs said this is what it means for the company:

The main celebration started when the CEO, Mr. Mayank Pande, arrived. He was so kind. He made sure to meet and talk to every single person. That made the atmosphere even better and more fun.

Diwali is a very important part of life for all of us, Mr. Pande said.

As the evening got later, the whole team came together to sing the traditional Diwali Aarti. After the prayer, the night got loud and joyful! Everyone went outside to light crackers, celebrating their success and looking forward to the future.
